Iowa up 30 percent, to 6,702
Nationally, up 34 percent to 921,659

Nebraska bankrutpcy filings up 25 percent from 2007, to 6,715
Iowa up 15 percent to 7,853
Nationally, up 33 percent to 1.064 million.
