Order of the Kneepads Update: Nebraska Supreme Court suspends Lincoln attorney for 60 days, deferred for 30 days upon conditional admission that she mishandled a convict's civil rights lawsuit against the State Department of Corrections. Court decision fails to mention same attorney had record of public discipline, a public reprimand in 2005 for neglecting cases. State ex rel. Counsel for Dis. v.
